Ron Harder, General ManagerGeneral Manager Ron has been with Hart Modular Homes since 2002. He manages all operations which include selling homes, buying homes, scheduling delivery, overseeing sales, and assisting the Office Manager (hmmm). He’s a motivator, encouraging people to do their best at all times and giving them every opportunity to succeed. He has been working in the modular homes business since 1973 and has served on the Manufactured Housing Association Boards in Alberta and BC. Ron’s biggest strength is listening to customers and answering all their questions, making the biggest purchase in their lives a lot less stressful. Ron’s goal is to make every customer a happy customer. Call him, talk to him, you’ll love him (but not as much as Betty Ann). |

Richard Kenna, Sales ConsultantRichard is our Sales Consultant and Customer Service Provider of new and used manufactured and modular homes in Prince George. He recently retired as a RCMP Sergeant serving the public trust for 26 years. For the next five years, he was a sales consultant for home security. It was then he met Ron, and after discovering they shared the same philosophy on providing reliable customer service with integrity he joined the Hart family. Richard is an extremely good listener and works hard to build customer trust and confidence so he can match them with the right product for their individual needs. His goal is to make your home buying process a positive buying process. |

Darby Brash, Operations ManagerDarby is our outgoing Operations Manager whose personality fills our customers with confidence. Darby takes the time to make sure the job is done right and that our customers are pleased and happy with their new home. He has overseen hundreds of set-ups since 2005 and prides himself on customer service and uses his extensive knowledge of our products to answer all of their questions in a manner that is easily understandable. “The biggest purchase in a person’s life is usually a home. Abe Penner, ContractorHonest Abe is one of the most experienced Contractors working with Hart Modular Homes. He has over 30 years experience in the modular housing industry and has been working with Hart Modular Homes since 2004. He completes the set-up of homes for our customers and acts on their behalf as warranty advisor. Abe is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you have any questions about the set-up or construction of your home, he can answer them for you. It’s his goal to make sure customers have a complete understanding and satisfaction of their home. |

Adam Penner, Set-Up & Warranty ContractorAdam is your Set-Up and Warranty Contractor and Factory Warranty Representative at Hart Modular Homes. He oversees your modular home set-up from start to finish and makes sure you enjoy your modular home long after you move in. Prior to joining Hart Modular Homes, Adam spent time building and setting up industrial camps and buildings. He is proud of the good relationships he creates and maintains with customers. It’s very important to him to set up a customer’s home with pride, integrity, and he is always ready to go that extra mile to help protect their investment for years to come. Daylene Penner, Asst. Set-Up & WarrantyDaylene more than just muscle and good looks to Hart Modular Homes. She brings an honest hard-working attitude which translates into a keen eye for detail and energetic customer rapport. As Adam’s wife, she is more than just his “gopher” – she is Abe’s as well. She is an integral part of their success. She makes sure they have exactly what they need to help them ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. Betty Ann Harder, Office Manager Dawson CreekYou are in competent hands with Betty Ann, our dedicated Office Manager. She is a master of organization and communication. If you need anything, Betty Ann is the one to call. She is in charge of home staging and decorating homes, overseeing warranties, claims monitoring, and providing customers any information resource they require – this is just the tip of the iceberg of what Betty Ann does. For Betty Ann, it all begins with treating people with respect. She loves the Hart Modular team spirit that reflects itself onto our customers in the services we provide. Rhonda Meroniuk, Office Manager Prince GeorgeRhonda is our Prince George Office Manager and Warranty Administrator. She looks after all our customers’ warranty needs in a timely fashion. Rhonda is very familiar with the mobile home industry, having married into a family of Mobile Home movers as well as having previously worked in the mobile home industry. She owned a mobile home for 16 years and knows what it is like to be in the customer’s shoes. Customers are important to her before and after the purchase of their home. You can often find Rhonda assisting our sales team and helping our customers’ home purchasing experience to be exciting, easy, and fun. Rhonda is funny, kind, and caring and will definitely be smiling when you call her. |
