Modular Homes

A modular home is a type of Manufactured Home designed for a foundation ,such as a basement or crawlspace and is built to CSA A-277 code, the same as a site built house You decide on a design from the various floor plans to choose from or we can help you design one. Your home is built by SRI’s expert team in a controlled inside environment. When complete, the sections are transported to your lot where our skilled Team assembles it for you. Our certified tradespeople complete your house by connecting your electricity, plumbing and Gas. Let us take care of everything for you.

Manufactured Homes

A manufactured home is much like a modular home but is built to a CSA Z-240 code, meaning that it is built on a steel frame and is designed to be placed on concrete pillars, metal posts or blocking. Manufactured homes are available as a sectional Home (2 halves) or a Single Section Home. You can chose from one of the numerous floorplans available or we can help you design one to suit your needs. The homes are constructed inside an environmentally controlled factory. When completed, the home is transported to your site and to assembled by our experienced team complete with plumbing, electrical and Gas connections by certified Tradespeople.
